Return and exchange policy

We do our upmost to check all of our products before they are packed and make sure that they are of the highest standard. However from time to time, a product may slip past us with a flaw. In the case that one of our items arrives to you damaged or defective, we will happily accept returns free of charge. A photo will be required to show us the defective product, and we must be contacted within a week of delivery. We will replace the item or offer a refund if no replacement can be made.

While we are not responsible for damage done during shipping, we will do our best to resolve any issues due to damaged products if at all possible.


Changed your mind?

If you receive your order and decide you wish to exchange it for another item of the same price, we are happy to offer an exchange providing the original item is sent back, undamaged and in it’s original packaging within 7 days of you receiving it. If you wish to exchange your item for another that is of a higher value, then please contact us first, before returning the item.

Please note we are unable to offer an exchange of refund on personalised items unless the item is faulty.
